Privacy Policy.

1. Scope and operator

AI Office Home is a personal, privately operated automation workspace. This policy concerns Google user data accessed when the Google account owner explicitly authorizes the application. This public website is informational and does not itself grant access to the private workspace.

2. Google data accessed

Depending on the workflows enabled by the owner, the application accesses Google services for the following current purposes:

• Gmail: checks for new messages matching a sender-specific filter in the authorized mailbox. A Gmail trigger may receive message metadata and a preview needed for filtering. The current workflow writes only the message identifier, received time, sender, subject, Gmail message link and workflow status information to its task-inbox sheet.
• Google Sheets: reads an owner-maintained project task register and writes or updates matching email-intake rows in a separate sheet within the authorized account.

Gmail message bodies are not stored in the task-inbox sheet by the current workflow, and email attachments are not downloaded by it. Calendar synchronization and broader Drive document processing are not active in this workflow; the policy will be updated before any material expansion of data handling.

3. Purpose and limits of use

Data is used solely to organize the account owner's projects and carry out the connected workflows the owner has enabled. It is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or used to train generalized AI models. The current mail-intake workflow does not automatically send Google user data to an external AI provider. Any later AI-assisted data processing must be separately configured and disclosed before activation. Use of information received through Google APIs is intended to follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

4. Storage and security

Workflow configuration and Google OAuth credentials are maintained in a privately managed n8n environment backed by a local database. n8n stores credentials using its encryption mechanism; access to the home system is restricted to its operator. Task and email-intake records are stored in Google Sheets in the authorized Google account. The site itself is a static website hosted on Cloudflare Pages and does not expose the private n8n service.

Google and Cloudflare may process technical data on their own infrastructure under their respective terms. No system can promise absolute security; access permissions and service configuration are reviewed as the workspace develops.

5. Disclosure and sharing

Google data is processed through the authorized Google services and the private automation infrastructure to complete the described workflows. It is not made public on this website and is not shared with advertisers or sold to data brokers. The application does not grant third parties access to the account owner's mailbox. Changes involving an external AI provider or additional recipients would require separate configuration and an updated disclosure.

6. Retention and deletion

Records remain in the authorized Google Sheets account until the operator removes them or the underlying sheet is deleted. Execution histories and related temporary data may also be retained by the private n8n deployment according to its local configuration; there is not currently a guaranteed automatic deletion interval. The account owner may delete records in Google Sheets, remove workflow history from n8n, and revoke OAuth access using the Google account's security settings. 7. Website visitors

This website has no registration forms, advertising trackers, or site-owner analytics scripts in this version. Cloudflare may process standard request metadata, security information and technical cookies as part of hosting and protecting the site. External links open services governed by their own privacy policies.

8. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated as AI Office Home changes. Material changes to Google data access or use will be reflected here before the relevant new workflows are enabled. Questions or requests: billicare@gmail.com.
