Who it is for: this is a private tool operated by Vasyl Boshkov. There is no public account creation or third-party access to the underlying workspace.
What the application does
AI Office Home connects owner-authorized Google services to a privately managed n8n workflow system. Its current functionality includes reading a Google Sheets task register and monitoring incoming Gmail messages selected by a sender-specific filter. For a matching message, it saves a task-inbox record in Google Sheets, including message ID, receipt time, sender, subject and a Gmail link. It uses the message ID to avoid duplicate rows.
The current email-intake workflow does not download attachments, archive complete email bodies in the task register, or automatically forward Gmail information to an external AI model. Further capabilities, including calendar integration and document processing, are planned but are not described as active.
How Google access works
The Google account owner expressly authorizes the application using Google's OAuth consent flow. Tokens are held in the private workflow environment and Google Sheets records remain within the authorized Google account. The site you're reading is only a public information website; it does not expose the home automation server or provide a sign-in to it.
Data use and safeguards
Google user data is used to perform the workflows requested by the account owner, not for advertising, sales, or building unrelated user profiles. Access may be revoked from the Google account's connected-app settings. See the Privacy Policy for details on access, storage, sharing and deletion.
